At Zylair, we’ve lived that world. We’ve worked in factories where the risk assessments are a year out of date, where the COSHH folder’s thick enough to stop a forklift, and where every “quick job” becomes tomorrow’s investigation. So we decided enough was enough.

Zylair was created to give safety professionals back something they’ve been missing for years: time to think.

Born From the Factory Floor

“I built Zylair to solve the problems I couldn’t ignore.”

I’m Chris, an Engineering Manager with over 20 years of experience in Engineering. I’ve managed 1,000+ asset sites, juggled breakdowns, audits, and investigations, and built safety systems under pressure while the production line kept moving.

Zylair started as a way to fix my own problems, to automate the grind, catch the hidden hazards, and stop wasting hours formatting reports. What began as a personal project became something bigger: a growing suite of automation tools designed to simplify compliance and strengthen safety culture, without the bureaucracy.

Our first product, Zylair Risk, generates professional, fully editable risk assessments in minutes, so managers can spend less time writing, and more time preventing.
